Cologne – The "Top Ten" of the German Superstars – are really the greatest Sanges talent that Germany has to offer at the moment? Not even the American Idol jury seemed to be on Saturday so be sure.
Nearly half of the ten remaining candidates Superstars got bad reviews by Dieter Bohlen, "Bear" and Anja Läsker Lukaseder. The logical consequence: fear at the end had a record-breaking FIVE candidates to pursue their American Idol career.
There was, until the end of the first viewer voting bobble several candidates. Läsker example, was Jermaine "Apologize" interpretation "absolute shit," Bohlen ruled over Ranias version of "Rehab": "That was probably more than Lassie Amy Winehouse." And even for Collins Owusu should read the unanimous opinion of the three judges: "It is very, very tight."
The last word, however, had the audience: In the final shoot-out "had Jermaine Collins, Linda, Benjamin and Fady anxious killed advancement. One had to go – and that was Jermaine.
The Mark-Medlock-clone could not be convinced easily – especially as it advances with great laurels and praise from the panel was launched in the competition.
